You wouldn't think it to look at the guy, but Art is a prison bitch. Well, not exactly, but close! You see, when Art was younger, he was driving out in the country with some friends hotboxing it in his little Metro. Unfortunately, a cop saw them, and had little trouble guessing what they were up to. The cop hauled poor Art in, but not for long because he had been selling dope all morning and had plenty of cash to bail himself out! Thats Art for you, always resourceful! Art was honorably discharged from the Navy. He was a Semen there. I imagine that when Art was a little boy, he always knew he'd want to grow up and be a semen.
